What I Learned About Doubt

When we doubt our ability to do what we’ve been assigned to do we are actually doubting God.”B.B.

This revelation occurred to me a few weeks ago. A lot of what I’ve been posting about lately is related to fear and doubt. When the thoughts and feelings started I classified the experience as a struggle, but now I see it is a learning “moment.” Now I realize I had been lying to myself. When I began to question my abilities I told myself I wasn’t doubting God. I convinced myself that I believed God is able to do anything, and what I didn’t believe was my ability to do anything. But that is a lie. Two scriptures came to my mind that support this statement.

“I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.”

Philippians 4:13 KJV

“For in him we live, and move, and have our being…”

Acts 17:28 KJV

So, what does this mean? God gives me the strength to do everything and He clearly told me I can do anything through Him. Since I live and move in Him I can do whatever He brings in my life for me to do. And since God loves and cares for all of us equally, you can too.

If you have been dealing with fear and doubt, I hope my revelation has encouraged and inspired you.

Until the next time, be you and most importantly—love you.

Being uniquely you is being uniquely beautiful.
