Over the years I’ve come to realize there are multiple aspects of self-confidence. The first layer—and most important one—comes from within and it is complemented by clothes and accessories. The attire I choose to wear is a reflection of my confidence as it relates to my appearance. And my level of confidence is apparent through my body language and interaction with others. But there is another piece of the puzzle that I must have in place in order to pull off any look—freshness!

I am pretty open about sharing my thoughts and experiences in an effort to help others—and I don’t view sharing my thoughts and experiences with female “struggles” any differently. A few years ago I shared how I came to enjoy the benefits of a Brazilian wax.
